All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an item has been placed in the hands of the United States Postal Service, we no longer have control over it. Sewing Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
